Return & Exchange Policy

1. We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery. We DO NOT offer reverse pick-up services You’ll Have To Courier The Product(S) To The Following Address: No.7, Ground Floor, Uniform Factory, 6th Cross, H Siddaiah Road, Sudhamanagar, Bengaluru - 560027

2. For all return orders, a refund  will be provided in the form of Store Credit  once the return has reached our warehouse and has passed all QC checks.

3. SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE: Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit & the Order Id & Registered Mobile Number is mentioned on the packaging.Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.

4. Within 48 Hours Of Receiving The Product(S), The Complete Amount + Upto INR 100 (In Lieu Of Courier Charges) Will be refunded to you in the form of a Store Credit.

5. Once a return/Exchange Request is placed it usually takes 24 working hours for approval.Once it is Approved You have Self Ship the Product within 48 hours.

8. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, any further actions such as exchange or refund won't be applicable. Only Once Return Or Exchange is Available.

Any items purchased during a  Sales,Offers & Buy 1 Get 1 Free or any (BOGO) promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns & Exchange.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Bank account details provided by the customer in the refund link would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.

The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.


• In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not confirm to the standards at the time of delivery, they shall promptly contact us via our mail info@myfinch.in with details of the product and its damage within 1 day of receiving the products; whereon, the customer will receive instructions from us.

• Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e- mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.
